Today we stopped in First Texas bank in Pearland and was greeted like we were family. Cynthia stopped what she was doing to assist us with a big smile. She saw that all the tellers were busy. We were in and out in no time. I wish other businesses would follow their example.

I just have to say this is the best bank I have ever been ,to they where nice .Specially Jennifer Derr there she handled my bank account opening and was very much professional in he doing so . They even gave me some food and some tea from there ribbon cutting they had earlier:) ps do not use bank of America they do not represent Americans or America 🇺🇸 First Texas Bank has zero hidden fees and zero fees in general they are everything I thought a bank was growing up .

My husband and I both bank at TFB-Pearland. We are really pleased with the staff (especially Cynthia and Regan) who go out of their way to help us. We like old money and the tellers are really good at saving those bills for us and then call to let us know. The bank in Pearland is a good location for us. We know that we can get assistance virtually or in person whether in town or out of town.

I love TFB!! The staff get my 10 out of 10 approval rating! Regan Saenz is extremely helpful and knows her stuff! TFB has a great app that I utilize all the time, and it is super user friendly. If you are looking for a good bank with that small town feel, check out TFB in Pearland!

I opened an account at this branch last week and also cashed in some savings bonds. Regan Saenz helped me at the bank. She was very professional, friendly and helpful and she did an excellent job. I would recommend this bank very highly to anyone. Thank you Regan for the great customer service!!

I gave it a4 because the bankers are friendly. However, I have personally asked while I was in the bank , to have a debit card sent to me. All three times, the staff was friendly and stated that they would get it to me ASAP.!The last time I asked was about 6 weeks ago. The first time , maybe 7 months ago. They are so apologetic and state that I will definitely get one soon! But it never happens!
