    I highly recommend Texans Credit Union. My debit card was used fraudulently and their alert system notified me about it the same day. Kiara helped me to order a new card and sent the necessary docs to dispute the fraudulent charges. I have been a member for over 20 years and only hope Texans open a branch in Sherman, TX where we now reside. We have to drive to McKinney now so that would be great.

It took two visits to your Campbell Road office, first to find out what is needed and second to provide and sign the documents. Nate was thorough, kind and very patient. We loved the experience of interacting with an extraordinary customer-contact person.Why this delay in my feedback? I had missed placed the QR code card that Nate had given me during our visits and found it today.

    Im not entirely happy with some of the ways that things function with their online banking, but customer service has always been amazing here every time that Ive needed to use it. We need more people like these two ladies to help older people I’m 78 years old and don’t have in shock didn’t know what to do how to do it or when to do it and they took care of my business 110%. I wish I could meet that was two ladies cause they were just wonderful. I would love to just shake their hands and tell them how I appreciated them and I think they’re supervisor.     I love Texans Credit Union. They are the best bank because of their customer service, hands down better than any other bank. Byron for example, literally saved my life today. Afyer helping resolve my problem, we logged into the app together to set up alerts and overdraft protections, it was just so easy with all his help. They are always so personal here, and they always, always go over the top with kindness to serve their customers. Another great associate is Keyerra Reed, she did some major problem solving for me, the whole time being sweet and a pleasure to speak to. My own branch in Carrollton also always helps me with anything I need and I am so thankful for them. Kristi is an awesome manager. If you live in Texas they are the best bank for sure, I dont know why anyone would go to another bank.

    On January 31 2025 the fraud department at Texans Credit Union informed me of charges to my account from a store in Kansas. After working hard to get things resolved my debit card was closed and the charges were denied. A new card was to be issued.Later in the afternoon my wifes card was comprised and was closed.She called card services and was connected to Kiara who had helped when her card was comprised last year and the service was once again absolutely fantastic. Kiara took care of the problem and initiated an expedited new card.The quick action of the fraud department on 1/31 kept our account from being drained and the card services agent Kiara was able to take care of the problem with my wifes cardon 2/1. The great service provided by the fraud department and card servicesproved to us that we are well protected by Texans Credit Union and that the do a fantastic job of taking care of their customers.A fraudulent charge showed up on my wifes credit card but was denied by the credit union. An hour later the charge showed up again and was denied again.We quickly shut the card down and my called the credit union for assistance.Kiara took the call and quickly found the information. She got all the personal information she needed from my wife and closed the old debit card. Flagged the fraudster company and issued a new card. We live in New Mexico now so the new card is being overnighted to us so we will have no real down time and can add the new card to those accounts that have recurring chages.This is what I call fantastic customer service and the reason we have banked with Texans Credit Union since 1983.

    I contacted Texans Credit Union today to check on the results of an inquiry I made to refinance one of my vehicles. The Key factors affecting the results from Experian were questionable.I spoke with Alexi, one of the nicest, professional and personable young ladies in the Customer Service Department. She looked over my account to verify that my account was not compromised. She answered my questions and assured me my accounts are in good standing. My stress level totally disappeared! It was getting close to the deadline for the day to get something to dealership and Chad stayed late and personally took documents to FedEx Hub so it would arrive at dealership next morning!     Texans Credit Union is one of the best credit unions I have ever used. I spoke with someone today named Byron who really helped me. But I’ve spoken with many people at Texans and they have always help me each and every time that I have ever used anyone from member services to each and every teller. Every single time I have ever used anyone there from Ebony to Marisol anyone that works there is always very helpful. There’s not one bad thing I can say about Texans Credit Union. Open an account there you won’t be sad. Credit Union is always the best answer for your banking needs over a regular bank you own a piece of it. And this Credit Union is one of the best.

    I went to the Texans Campbell branch on yesterday. I always receive great service. However on this day it was even more special because there were only 3 employees holding down the bank, 2 tellers and 1 personal banker. Despite the undoubtedly stressful day Im sure they had, everyone greeting me with a smile and the service was still great. I think those 3 employees should receive a special monetary bonus for really stepping up and doing it with great customer service.

    Today I had a problem with my reasonably new debit card. It would not work WIFI, Chip or Swipe. The Texans CU representative was extremely helpful. They understood that I still had the card in my position and no fraud had taken place. They ordered a new card without canceling the old one. So I could almost use the old card until the new one arrived. A good compromise considering the alternatives. The representative was quite pleasant. Thanks.

    Happy was a joy to speak to on the early, cold, icy- school closed Friday morning!! I had an issue with my debit card after having a new one issued for fraud charges- thought I had activated it and saved my pin- but it wasn’t working!!     Ive been with this bank for about 5 years now. I have dealt with previous credit issues, etc. Ive worked hard to rebuild my credit, and over time, my relationship with Texans Credit Union has developed into a mutually beneficial one, especially with me being a disabled minority owned business. I appreciate their willingness to help and work with me halfway to build my credit portfolio. I would recommend their services, just dont take no for an answer, but ask them what can I do to ensure my next application is approved.     My PayPal account was subject to fraud, which meant money was stolen from my Texans account. I have worked with Texans, establishing a new account, and going through all the rigors of recovering from such an experience. I was still having some trouble today, some due to the Texans on-line banking app (which isnt very good, frankly), and some due to the fraud. Today, I called and a very nice young woman named Kiara helped me. Together, we worked things out.Kiara was wonderful. Texans, please give this terrific employee a BIG raise! She was sweet, polite, and helpful, even when dealing with an old codger who was horribly frustrated by the situation with stolen dollars and the TOTAL lack of cooperation of PayPal. Overall, working with Kiara was a pleasant (and calming!) experience, and I thank you--and her--for her persistently pleasant and helpful demeanor, and her ability to help me understand some aspects of the Texans on-line banking experience that I didnt understand.Kiara, thanks for putting up with me.     We our raising our granddaughter and brought her in to open a teen checking account. Everyone was so nice and helpful from setting up the appointment with Victoria (I hope I remember her name right) to Tabitha who opened the account. We had to drive over 60 miles and Victoria told me all I needed to bring and took the time to answer any questions had, Tabitha was right on time and answered all our questions. She took the time to explain everything to our granddaughter and make her feel comfortable. We had to deal with the tellers also and they were also very nice and helpful.     Just got off the phone with Noheni she was kind and helpful. I expected this to take a while and to be sent from person to person like most other banks but she knew her stuff and answered my all questions with professionalism and sent me on my way which I appreciated.     Texans is an absolute lifesaver. I bought a house and my loan servicer was changed and the new loan servicer that I had was not able to get automatic bill pay set up for any accounts outside of their own bank. This really bothered me so I called up Texans to see if they could do anything to help. The amazing customer service rep was able to not only get bill pay set up through Texans instead of my mortgage servicer, but also helped point out that I had an address that was incorrect. She got it fixed in a very short amount of time and also helped me solve all of my mortgage payment problems. She wasnt able to fix the problems with my mortgage servicer, but she was able to get me a work around through Texans Bank that soldev my problem and met my needs.

    I called in bc I have a new auto loan and didn’t have any of the new information for my payment. I called in and spoke to Saul and I was so fortunate to have him as a representative. He walked me through the entire process made it easy for me to navigate and help me so I could make my payment. I am very much old school so to have help set up my account online was so quick, easy and painless. I wish we had more Sauls around the world. He was a pleasure and a great ambassador for his company.

    Sanchira Thapa went above and beyond to help me secure a loan for an 11 year old used car. The official Texans rule is that they don’t finance cars over 10 years old. End of story. But she was so helpful and led me through the process with ease! She was so flexible! I have been a member of Texans for 40 years and this is why I love them!

    The Campbell branch was so helpful and amazing Tabitha had so much with a smile with us she took the time to get to know me and was very sweet. Yvette the branch manager was helpful as well as knowledgeable . Savannah the loan officer introduced herself and was nice as well

    KB was really cool to both me and my fiance. We didnt mind the wait time to get myself set up with an account but he made it worthwhile. He exchanged jokes with us and didnt make us feel like he wanted to rush us out of the building. Interactions like that are always important and we appreciate his time and effort very much.

    I would not be staying with this Credit Union if it wasn’t for Byron.I bought out my lease on my car, and because of my high credit rating I was assaulted to this Credit Union.First I called attempting to set up auto pay, and they couldn’t do it, something on THEIR website…. That evening my husband and I drove quite a distance in unfamiliar territory, to put a check into their night depository …. Kept checking,… monies not taken out of my account….called and spoke to Cheriizxy, never heard back as promised, though she was quite polite… called again.. nothing…. Then today I spoke to Hector( this was 9 days after I dropped off the check)… he then put me through to James, who identified himself as The Manager of the branch on Campbell… said he would call me back within 1/2 hour, and that they don’t always check the night depository( what bank doesn’t check it daily)??? Never called me back… called back again…spoke to WONDERFUL BYRON( I was ready to transfer my loan for incompetence )… he took a new payment on a card( unfortunately ( not his fault). I was charged $15 for the privilege, he then put in a request for a different due date, and took away my anxiety of ruining my credit.I then asked to speak to his Supervisor, Jessica , who was lovely , and I do hope that I receive a call from her.The conclusion, if it wasn’t for Byron, I would be out of there!

    I worked with a wonderful lady named Happy on a sticky, complicated problem for a half hour. She was as patient as a saint, always positive and professional. We worked things out just fine and I hope I can work with Happy the next time I call!

    Why would anybody do business with some big national bank when you can go to a local credit union? Weve been at Texans more than 20 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. This morning I spoke to Jada LoBrandon to increase our debit card limit for a transaction today. Took less than 10 minutes and now the transaction is done.
