    I have been a satisfied member of Texas Credit Union for Thirty years. The services provided by Monica and Christina at the Garland location is phenomenal! Monica is very professional, friendly patient and helpful with all of my banking needs. I enjoy seeing her when I enter the lobby. In addition I have received great service from Christina and have found her to be professional, kind and ready to address all of my banking needs in a positive and supportive manner. Thanks to both of you so much for all that you do daily!

    Came in on a Saturday morning as a first time customer & dare I say WOW!!!!! If you can, work yourself into banking with Texans Credit Union!! All the way from the representative over the phone, Arun, to meeting Elsa and Eric at the actual branch. WWOOWW!!!! 10/10

    Lorena was incredible! She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Considering I don’t have much experience with credit she was very good about making sure i understood the process. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to get a car loan, the process was so quick and easy. Dealing with Texas credit union has been an overall amazing experience.     This bank is always fast and easy to use. I love that they have extended hours on Friday for everyone working a 9-5. Annalee always greeted me by name and makes sure I am helped quickly. All the tellers are quick and efficient and make sure all needs are met in a timely manner.

    I have now financed my third car thought Texans Credit Union. The customer service is always great. Christian Chenier did an amazing job helping me with my loan to get me everything I needed. He made the process very smooth. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a car and/or refinance.

    I’ve used there banking for over a year and I’m super pleased! Cool banking app and fast service at the teller. Though I do wish they would’ve approved me for the loan I had applied for(not long enough credit history):-(But that’s not a good reason to take away a star because there service is very good none the less

    Nice location with excellent service! has a drive thru. kind of complicated if coming on george bush if you do not remember the street exit. In the past i had problems with their atm debit cards not working an entire weekend. so since that happened i switched to Capital one.
