    I 1000000% highly highly recommend Jackie. I just closed on my third auto loan with her. And with the most recent (out of state) sale of my previous vehicle, my buyers connected with her to get details to wire funds to my account and ended the conversation with wanting to use her for their loan. They were almost an entire percentage point better than the dealership, and they offered better terms.     Really happy with all of the help we received from Comfort setting up my mothers accounts a few months ago and my sons accounts today. She was very attentive to our needs and wants for various types of joint accounts and gave us exactly what we desired both times.     I highly recommended Jackie Balogh for auto and RV loans. We have used her as our loan officer twice now . She makes this process easy and is extremely knowledgeable of the products and services available as an advantage to protecting you during your loan term. She was able to offer us a better warranty that met our needs from the credit union, saving us money on a warranty the dealer attempted to sell us.     Texans I be been with for over 23 plus year’s. They have always been great to work with.People come and go but there are always people that stand out.     Superior Customer Service EVERY TIME! My husband and I have been members of Texans for years. Our first experience was refinancing our vehicles with the lowest rates we’d ever been offered which saved us hundreds each month and thousands over the life of the loan. When it was time to trade in, Texans had the most competitive rates, so we stuck with them for our new vehicles. They also had excellent rates on personal loans which we took advantage of to tackle a few miscellaneous goals. Speaking with them always felt like speaking to a friend taking the time to educate us through the entire process which reassured us that we were in good hands.     I have been a member of Texans Credit Union since they opened their Wylie office. They have always made great efforts to meet all of my financial needs. I have financed several automobiles at excellent rates. When I refinanced my home they gave me a good rate and no fees which saved me money.     I don’t always enjoy running errands but I don’t mind coming to the bank. Everyone takes the time to greet me each time I visit and if the line is backed up, someone from the back is very prompt in helping until the lines are manageable again. Elishbha is usually the one to help me and she is always very polite. I have about 4 accounts plus all of my kids accounts and she always makes sure which account I want the money taken out of/ deposited into and when I have asked her anything she is very knowledgeable and patient.     I’ve been using this branch for a number of years for one of my family accounts. Since day one their customer service has been A+. The team is always proficient, professional and enjoyable to talk to. This combined with a consistently very clean branch always makes my visit a pleasurable experience. So whoever gave this a one star must’ve had a lot of overdrafts That wouldn’t get reversed. 🤷‍♂️🤣Today, Alma took it their already great customer service to another level for going above & beyond the call of duty to help me with a document I needed.It’s one thing to be spoiled by consistently great customer service being an ordinary practice, but its extra special when already great service is extra-ordinarily great.     Purchasing another car at this time was difficult because of the higher interest. Texans offered me a lower interest rate which reduced my payment and the length of the loan. I would recommend everyone to speak with someone at Texans Credit Union before making a car loan. Excellent service.

    Texans Credit Union of Wylie, hands down has the best staff member who care and help their members.The other day I called and need to get two questions answered, the wait time on the phone was less than 3 minute’s and I spoken to Brittany about the issues was told to hold ( hold music} while waiting for Brittany to come back to the call. Emily picked up the call. She was so helpful and cheerful over the phone. His constant communication, involvement, and response time is EXCEPTIONAL and beyond what I can measure. He recently helped my son and I obtain an approval or an auto loan and also helped me obtain a personal loan that will save me several hundreds of dollars in interest. He is a professional in all aspects of lending, provides great customer service, and provides details with explanation on the loan terms.     I have been a Texans member since July of 2020. I can honestly say at the Wylie branch they have always delivered excellent customer service. Even when there were complications due to Covid, and they were only allowing customers to come through the drive thru. The customer service never suffered. It has always been excellent. I highly recommend using this bank. Elizabeth and Jenny have moved on to other branch locations, but Emily Diaz is still here.     This last week, my wife and I closed our Chase savings and also moved our savings from another credit union to Texans in Wylie. Kebron Kahsay, a super sharp and communicative young man helped us with the new account. Then once our funds were wired to our new account, he helped us secure a great rate on a 13 month CD. I understand from Kebron that he is on loan from the Allen branch, but wish he was not leaving Wylie. 5 Stars from this 28 year resident of Wylie.

She was a pleasure to work with and talk to—not a drone, but a real, live person with opinions and everything (she even knew John Hancock, which was a plus)—and we were in and out in 15 minutes. My mother Purchased a NX 2022 Lexus from Park Place Lexus Plano. Park Place Lexus Plano DID NOT offer my mother GAP Insurance at ALL. Without any hesitation Tekeesa and Jackie IMMEDIATELY help my mother with her needs to refinance her NEW VEHICLE. With a lower interest rate and of course GAP INSURANCE.
