    I’ve been using Texans Credit Union services since 2022 and really happy with the service they provide. Recently I decided to buy a new boat and used financing from Texans CU. Everything was super easy, I didn’t even have to visit them. My finance manager - Katya, contacted dealership directly and they did everything themselves. The only thing I was supposed to do is to sign paperwork electronically. Super convenient.

    Colby and Katya helped my fiance and I a lot. As a first time borrower, I didn’t know anything about the process of auto loan. The energy, delight, and fun that this branch is having trying to help others and make the day a little better is absolutely contagious. Thank you for making my day today as well! Happy Halloween 🎃 🤪!!Have been a customer of Texans for many years, and they never cease to disappoint. Today their Lobby was the most festive and decorative for Christmas of any business I have visited.The people were wonderful and it felt like Christmas cheer just based on the decorations alone. Apparently, they won their Lobby decorating contest which if you saw it is absolutely no surprise.Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄!!

    This Texans Credit Union branch has really good customer service.Here is an awesome team and a dedicated staff . Everyone there is so welcoming, and they really make you feel like an important person. I get positive every visit to the TCU branch office.I am especially grateful to the member service representative Katya Hardin. Once I had an issue with unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account and she has done all her best to help me resolve the issue. She immediately took all the necessary corrective actions.     We have been familiar with Texans CU for about a year due to an auto loan. Recently, we visited the branch in Frisco regarding other banking needs. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, and persistent in helping me to solve my issue.     I came from the costumer service industry a few years back and have worked withnumerous people in different backgrounds. I as a person have always strived to be good to people and treat others like humans with compassion; not just a machine with auto answers. It’s rare to come across others who really care, whether it be superficial or deep inside that’s what they really mean to do. For the first time in my years of using banks, I came across the most pleasant person to work with. I was on the way home from work and I decided to browse on credit Union banks around my area. I called one that day, which is Texans Credit Union and had the pleasure of working with JOSH NICOLET. Now this guy is a Superstar, man I’ve never been so happy being treated so well when comes to auto finance. The process was so smooth from dealing with my situation, looking at car options, singing paper work and then bringing my car home. They are an amazing bank that always looks out for their customers.     I am a bit baffled by some of the negative reviews here, but my experience has been excellent. I have had two car loans with them and had no issues. The loan officer I have worked with (Linda) has always been extremely helpful and friendly and has even advised me on things related to my car purchases that were not her responsibility (and did not further her business interest). Even on days when I have come in and she was busy with other customers, she has always stepped out of her office to say hello and tell me how much longer she would be. When setting up the loans, she always explained all the details clearly and took her time to make sure we understood. Although I use Chase for my checking accounts and have been mostly satisfied with them, they could take a lesson on customer service from Texans.

    Every service experience in this branch has been excellent but if I lived on the moon, I would drive by all other locations to come to the Frisco branch. This location has gone above-and-beyond for me every time I have needed them. During the winter storms I had an emergency situation. Caroline P. in Support Services worked with Chelsea B., Asst. Branch Manager. They not only helped provide an immediate solution, when I walked into the branch for my appointment, they all knew me and my family by name. They asked about my children who are now adults! You simply do not get this kind of personal service anywhere, but you can here.     We LOVE Texans Credit Union. We joined 8 years ago when we moved to Frisco. They went thru some changes about a year ago but bounced back beautifully. They area kind, considerate, very eager to serve, they call me by name, they dont try to push other services on us like some other bigger banks do. I had very bad experiences with Bank of America in Frisco and also Wells Fargo who we used to have our mortgage with. We would go there once a month and they always would ask if we wanted to get a checking account with them even though we begged Please put a note on our account so you dont ask us each month. Thankfully our mortgage changed banks. Texans has that small town bank feel. They serve many companies and have branches inside companies if you wondered why its not packed out like the big guys. We love that theres not a million fees every time you make a mistake. We LOVE TEXANS and plan to stay with them as long as were in Texas!

    I recently went to my Frisco branch of Texans CU to apply for a Signature Loan. I have been a Member of Texans CU since 2012, I have three accounts there, and have done a Signature Loan in the past that was fully paid off.I met with Hency Thacker, a Financial Services Rep. I explained my need and timeframe, and the amount of a loan that I needed. She was very professional. She quickly took my information, framed my financial loan needs, and filed the application with the Underwriting group. Within 10 minutes she said I was APPROVED. I signed some documents and was told that once the process goes through Underwriting, my Funds should be deposited within 24 hours. And as the process goes, I was informed the next morning that my funds had been deposited.As a person that has dealt with BIG Banks in the past, and have seen all their bureaucracy and delays, and pivoting; it was refreshing to see my Credit Union act professionally and decisively to make my LOAN request go so smoothly.If you have ever hesitated to leave your Big Bank for a Credit Union...you should reconsider doing it RIGHT NOW!Texans CU, and Hency Thacker made my LOAN process an easy and enjoyable event!
