I am at the beginning of my time with Texas credit union, less than a day. But so far im at least very impressed with customer (member?) Service. Christi was kind, informative, patient and helpful. I am happy to review her, and I will update this after a couple of months of using the service. But so far, so great!

Kenneth and I are truly Blessed to have Texans Credit Union for our banking needs.Every time we had issues, they were able to resolve it. For example, we had an issue getting tags for the pickup we were purchasing. I called and spoke with the branch manager Christi and she made arrangements for her assistant Josh to meet me at the tag office to sign the title so I could get my tags. That was above and beyond wonderful customer service and I thank God for them taking time to do that 🙏. Last but not least Ms.Felicia is definitely number one in our eyes. Every single time Ive called Texans needing a personal loan or auto loan she made it happen, submitted our paperwork and we had an answer the same day. I have had an exceptional experience with Texans Credit Union. From the moment I decided to purchase my car, I reached out to TCU-Carrollton and was introduced to Josh. Not only did TCU have some of the best rates, but Josh was also able to show me great option plans for me to choose from. The communication was impeccable from beginning to end answering all questions and concerns. Once I decided on a plan that fit my needs, Josh proceeded quickly with the process. I am just appreciative of the knowledge and attentiveness I received through out my transaction. I feel Texans Credit Union definitely gives top notched service and genuinely cares. I loved the way I got treated the moment I walked in.. He answered all of my questions, was very patient with me, and helped me decide where I wanted to be. Once I arrived, I worked with Felicia, who was AMAZING! She really went out of her way to ensure my needs were met and didn’t judge me off a credit score, but instead tried to understand my situation and what would work best for me. I remember, how dazzled I was at the five-star service I received when I requested my most recent auto loan from Felicia Robinzine. Let me also add they have made significant improvements to the ATMs, TCU website, TCU app, electronic bill pay, credit cards and debit cards in 2023. I highly recommend TCU. Thank you very much!I always get great customer service at Texans Credit Union and their auto/truck loan rates simply cannot be beat! Texans CU ATM network is vast and all the ATMs are free. Doing great!Ive been with Texans for over 30 years and though they dont have all the bells and whistles of the big banks, they are always pleasant and have helped with loans and online banking. My only complaint was for a number of years ago about a policy change about overdraft protection I never knew about and was charged a $200 fee that I felt I didnt deserve. Not fair, but that happens with big business...sadly. But overall, they are a good credit union, part of the old TI Texins CU legacy.
