The best banking experience ever. Every time I walk in or go through the drive through, they greet me and my family by name. Any time I’ve have any issue they solve it immediately, there is no hassle. I never have trouble reaching a live representative on the phone when I need help. I don’t care what offers other banks provide, I will not be leaving this branch.

I only go through the drive-through once a month to do a deposit. Very rarely do I have other banking needs outside of that. Every time I pull up I am greeted by name - even before I send my deposit slip in. Im not sure how he remembers my name, since I am there so infrequently. It is the best customer service I have every experienced - hands down - from a bank or any other institution. They should be highly commended and rewarded for working so hard!

I’m a recent transport to Texas. My fiancé and I needed to find a local banking institution as soon as possible. We read overwhelmingly positive online reviews for Texans CU and decided it was worth our time to look further into. We visited the Eldorado branch in McKinney and we were not disappointed. We were greeted with excellent customer service as soon as we walked in the door. We met with Elisa Olvera, who was understanding to our specific needs and listened to what we wanted. Elisa helped us not only start our membership, but guided us through the auto loan process. Their financing platform saved us money as compared to if we had financed with a traditional banking institution or through a dealership (most dealerships currently have highly inflated rates). I would highly recommend going in to talk to a representative if you have general banking or financing needs.

Been banking with TCU for over 2 years - no major complaints. Being that they are a Credit Union and not a BANK, they seem to be more personable with people and their activities. It sometimes may take a few extra moments to get transactions done. They seem to do better or about the same as going to other local businesses in the area.Drive-thru: try going through any drive through business and you will probably experience about the same type of service, and with fraud all around, it nice to know they take the time to ensure accuracy.Walk-in service: Ive never had a problem with getting good service when I respect the efforts they provide for every customer.Most people in a hurry may see this as poor service, but Ive been banking with banking services for over 40 years, iwth a lot of different BIG banks, and the one thing Ive learned is - if you give respect for the people trying to do their jobs well and accurately, then youll most likely get appreciation in return
