Mr. B. Rivas did an excellent job in all-out customer service. Despite a busy day before they close, he was still able to give us time to explain and process the needed paperworks for our refinancing. His patience is exceptional. For those who thought this branch is really 2 stars, let me correct you. Mr. Rivas showed us how customer service should be. So I give 5-stars to him and the service at this branch.

TDECU Rosenberg has been great to work with the past 8 years! Dawn Franklin was our personal banker early on and she helped us with many transactions and always answered or found the answers to our questions. We’ve financed a boat, automobile, large personal loan, and now our new home with them. Their process was always so easy. We will be financing our daughters first automobile with them this coming month. Highly recommend them!

My experience with TDECU has been Great so far Ive been with this bank for over two years. They have been very informative and very helpful in helping me build my credit. At this location they were able to help me with my loan and credit application without any problems. Thank you TDECU for helping me along the way. Would Love to get their credit card soon.

Have never had a bad experience at this location, sometimes the lines are a little long but you get the same service that the person in front of you gets as well as the person behind you will get.

I love them and they are a great bank. But there is always something going on with the branch. The ATM stay messing up and that’s inconvenient.
