11-7-24 Oh My Goodness I love my girls at my Lake Jackson TDECU. Jennifer helped me today donate a gift to the kiddos. My family believes every day is an opportunity to share what we have with our neighbors. We celebrate life and the joy of the dance.11-8-24 at 10 am I got an automated message on my phone today that I needed to verify multiple transactions. I am here waiting my turn. Will keep you posted. Jennifer helped again to find a quick solution. Thank you Precious Friend. Also made 2 new friends named Josie who let me practice my Spanish and Esméralda who quickly attended my need for a sit down with Jennifer. All were smiley and professional. Thats why we love our local TDECU

I received the best customer service from TDECU Insurance Representative Hillary Reynolds. She actually took the time to go over my insurance and check the difference in coverage. She allowed me to review and ask questions. I have been a member for over 30 years and this is the exact reason why I will remain a member. It may not be all great all the time, but this is my favorite CU. Hillary gets the TDECU Insurance MVP award for the year. Thanks again!

The only thing Ive found is that the hours need to be extended because some people dont get out of work till 5 but other than that its a great bank

This bank stays busy. Shout out to the employees remaining professional and patient with everyone even during the holidays. I appreciate yalls kindness. Keep smiling and making the members feel welcome because yall doing a great job. Yall could maintenance yalls ATMs better because they dont print receipts sometimes.

Ms. Erica Brooks, Texas Dow Employee Credit Union, Senior Member Center Manager, is a DOLL. She shares one of the biggest smiles(braces & all… lol) with those who enter the branch.I had the pledger of recently meeting her and found that she is eager at making certain that all TDECU members, visiting and potential members are very satisfied with each experience. Ms. Brooks was very knowledgeable about my issue. She further showed concern and insured that my financial needs were addressed appropriately and in a timely manner. As being a long time TDECU member, THAT kind of concern is greatly appreciated. I feel Ms. Brooks is God sent to the Lake Jackson branch. Thank you Ms. Brooks for your AWESOMENESS and your great service as Senior Member Center Branch Manager.

It’s a nice place to live. Maintenance comes pretty fast after filling out a request. Also, have the UTSA bus stop at Maverick villas is helpful.
