Cant say the person at the entrance was nothing but rude. Did not greet and with the situation we are in the world. She does not care to clean or sanatize the check in tablet. As for the teller Melanie, she did a good job but same, she did not greet me and she did not want to engage in conversation. I know I came in at the last minute but came for a 4 hour drive and I was hoping for a little empathy. Thats why I give 5 stars. Very good job from the bank, very helpful and closer to the area I live in. By the valley. -

This is the best branch! Friendly courteous employees and never a long wait. Im usually in and out in the time of one country song! Parking is limited, but Ive never seen the lot full. -

I just wanted to get some vacation cash. I didnt know my debit card pin so the drive thru ATM didnt help. I parked near the front door and was through the line and on my way in just a few minutes. -

I havenβt had a problem here! Staff and management are very nice and helpful! Because of it I always come to this one. The Brazoria and Lake Jackson branches are ok, but this branch has helped me when I most need it! Thank you! -

I love the Freeport location. When you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and cheery βgood morning β. I have gotten to know many of the tellers and really get excited to get help at their window. -
