    An acquaintance recently told me about Mr. Todd Lively and highly recommended him. I previously hired a big accounting firm that specializes in my industry and a tax attorney in a different state. The former filed things incorrectly, and the latter could never make himself available for Zoom or phone meetings to go over things. I met with Mr. Todd Lively and his business associate Heather today. I was impressed with Mr. Lively’s knowledge of the tax code, and he gave me so much valuable information during the meeting.
