Came in to finalize a car loan. Very quick and easy. There was a line out the door. However, they had 6 employees and they were working as quickly as they could. I think they did an excellent job helping out my partner today! A special thanks to Joann for helping us this afternoon! Have a blessed Holiday, thanks to all that serve and have served! 💝

I want to thank a professional Sister. Tiara who was brilliant and patient with me during my visit at Navy Federal CU. Again Thank You Tiara! For your help and helping me understand how that benefit was causing the negative balances. This business is a 5 Star but the ratings only decrease by 1 because of the over crowding and slowness sometimes.

I visited this branch on Friday, 08, December 2023, a little after noon. Yes, it was a bit busy- however the pace seemed steady. Honestly, I thought I was going to spend a good couple of hours (mainly waiting) there. The receptionist was very helpful! I think it took maybe 15 minutes for me to be assigned to an account services representative. Ms Daphne was warm and inviting. She actually took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my account(s). [And I had a few!] She gave me helpful tips about when and when not to use credit vs debit. I appreciated that! And, I was in and out within an hour!!! THAT was awesome!

After visiting Navy Federal Credit Union in Duncanville on today May 18th my whole perspective of the work ethics of individuals changed.I’ve been a member now for 1 year and I’ve been very hesitant with communicating with employees at this location. I had a situation within my immediate family loss and I needed financial help and I listened to my GOD sent message to follow him and I listened to him and I came to My bank NAVY FEDERAL and spoke with the loan agent Mrs Tiara and went throught the loan processing and through her due diligence I was approved for a loan BUT it wasnt enough so she decided to reapply and I came back a day later to do just as she advised and GOD came in and too control and I was reapproved for a higher loan look at GOD but thanks to Mrs Tiara. Advice Im proud to say THANK YOUMrs Tiara for all that you do.

Dri was amazing and super helpful in helping us apply for a car loan. She explained the procedure in detail from start to finish. The store itself is rather small but the staff more then make up for that. From the moment we walked in we received 5 star service.
