I’ve been to this location at least three times. The place is clean and welcoming. On one of my visits, I lost my NFCU debit card and went in to get a replacement. I was greeted upon entry and was asked what assistance I needed. I advised I needed to speak with an agent to get my card replaced. The agent who assisted me was nice and courteous. I was able to get my card within 15 minutes which was awesome. NFCU service is always excellent. They also have a 24hr number where there are available live agents to assist you. I so love this convenience!! 😃

1st time to this branch. Opened checking accts for college kids. Had a lady call us over to help us and had to find a chair since there were 3 of us and she never bothered to look up. no greeting etc. When I stopped her to ask her about which checking accts would be best she said not to interrupt her because i made her nervous. I asked her if we could get someone else and she just got up and walked off. Ended up with a gregarious guy named Justin. He asked what we were trying to accomplish, gave us info so we could select the best options and even gave us info that we didnt even know we needed. Night and Day difference in service.

I went in on a Saturday close to 1pm. When I entered, the lobby was packed. I prepared myself for a long wait as I had to do something other than a deposit or withdrawal. To my surprise, I was in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes. Thank you efficient lady at the front desk. NFCU made a GREAT first in person impression.

They are always helpful & available 24/7. They helped me navigate a very frustrating situation caused by another bank and Im forever grateful for that. The teller at the Round Rock branch in Texas was so nice today and my transaction was really quick.

Stephine is so awesome I was coming in to make a wire transfer and close my account but she talked to me and made me feel so good that because of her kindness and caring Im staying with Navy Federal. The past two weeks have been so bad and treated not fairly or with respect but today she went over the top. Navy Federal needs to give her a manager role for sure. Maybe she can teach others respect and common curiosity. She saved yall from Loosing a member! Great Job Stephine. Always keep smiling and always keep your head up. God bless!

This is a military family place. Filled with love, hugs and humor. I stopped by here to get some paperwork completed and notarized as was required by the title company. The employee that worked with me to get the documents completed was great and followed up to make sre that I was signing and completing all required areas. This worker had me to complete a log book and I was done. I placed a call to the main office and was told this location would be waiting for my arrival and they were there for me.

I absolutely love Navy Federal Credit Union, my kids also have accounts with them! They take great care of my family and I! Customer Service is always great, even speaking with someone over the phone is easy and stress free!!! I am also a member of USAA, they are great, however, Navy Federal is the best!!! Im blessed to do business with them both, my family is in the best hands!!! Thank you Navy Federal!!!

This is the best place to bank and Ive banked at many. Their service is outstanding and has been from day one. Ill never switch again.
