Today, I came through the drive-thru for a deposit and had my dogs with me. Well, one baby puppy and one older pup. There was a young man working the three drive-thrus by himself and I was worried my dogs would be too much for the his super busy day, but sent my deposit and cards up the tube anyways. I didn’t get his name but I want to thank him for his kindness towards me and my pups today! After he verified the deposit and asked if there was anything else I needed I thanked him for his help and said that the deposit was all, he said to have a great day, smiled at me and the screen cut off and his face disappeared. I then heard the vacuum sound for the tube and it appeared with my cards that were sent up, my receipt, and two milk bones for my pups. He truly made my day and gave dog treats to my pups and I didn’t get the chance to thank him for that little piece of kindness. This is why I bank here!

I had been a customer to this branch for years and the customer service is great, no complaints- but this week they went above and beyond in customer service!!Mr. Nathon and Ms. Vannesa went above and beyond. He engaged a nice conversation, he is a new hire.... Oh boy thanks for helping me! Both were respectful, cordial, customer service driven and helped me to print a paper work bank related for my mom that I need it, they save me time, money and the impact of that paper work have will help my mom to get her things situated. I really appreciate you both of you, other branches should follow their example!

Though parking can be a problem at times. Their service is always above & beyond in excellence. You are always greeted upon entering. And treated as a valued member. The interior is always clean and properly lit. With a good amount of seating to be waited on. I always choose to go in for my service needs and be greeted with smiles each time.

I love this branch! I had a remarkable experience with Priscilla and Stephen. I walked into the branch worried because I had recently noticed fraudulent charges made using my account. Priscilla was very efficient, kind, and informative with helping me respond to this issue accordingly. We disputed the charges, and she also helped me get a new card number to prevent the transactions from reoccurring. We got to talking about credit, which is when Stephen so kindly gave me a crash course on understanding how to manage and build my credit! Wonderful branch and wonderful staff! *smiles*

I love Security Service, Ive been banking with them for 30 years. This new location is close to home, it is bright and inviting, the staff is wonderful as always. I didnt have to use the drive thru yet so Im not sure how that is but it looked like it was moving pretty quick when we were there.

My initial impression, especially due to difficulty accessing help by phone, was negative, but Ive had many, overall, good experiences since. The tellers are a bit slow, [seems like lots of computer entries per client are required], but many have been helpful, courteous, and professional, Ms. Buenos Aires (sp?) being among the best!

I visited the Lackland Branch. And Ms. Romelyn Buenos Aires accommodated us very well. Shes helpful and she explained us how to build credit score very well. I got approved with my credit card, my loan and I even have opened an account for my 7 year old son. I am so much satisfied with their service.

NFCU is an awesome financial institution. Ive never had an issue. Utilizing the phone app makes things so much easier. Banking is all in the palm of your hands. I have 3 vehicles financed thru NFCU. My wife and I decide on a particular vehicle, All it takes is a simple phone call from my cell and BAM!!! Approved with in 5 - 10 minutes, no exaggeration. The first time I called to inquire about applying for a vehicle loan...thats all I was doing, inquiring..after my name and social I had a YOURE APPROVED!... All while the dealership salesman was in the finance office . It literally took me no more than 10 minutes. 30 minutes later the salesman comes out and says, were still working on getting a response. I advised the salesman no need to worry my bank has already sent/faxed a letter of approval and it should be in the finance office. He too was surprised. Easy as 1-2-3.Love it!!Ive done the same with 2 other vehicles . Every agent Ive dealt with has been super professional and super helpful, always willing to help in any way possible to meet your financial needs. Consider me a lifer. 😉Go Navy!

Opening an account at Navy Federal Credit Union was very easy. They gave me five dollars for free to open it. They also taught me how to make deposits from my cell phone and how to set up my account. I used to have an account at Wells Fargo, and the truth is, this is much better. The lady who helped me was in training, but seemed like she knew what she was doing. I was very impressed. I wish I had asked his name. I dont normally write reviews, but I wanted to say it was a good experience.
