Each deals process handling of our documentation and subsequent title search (of which 1 was very involved and complex) were handled with the utmost care, professionalism, and timeliness. Either Alan or one of the members from his group would keep in communication with us at all times, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process. Among some of the types of deals Ceshker Group handled for us were seller financing and wrap-around mortgage.     I had a VERY complicated transaction on the Buying side of this transaction, where the buyers moved in from S. Africa and had no residency, job, nor credit established. The sellers moved back out of country to Europe. Needless to say, this was a four month closing process. The title company and the team at The Ceshker Group were fabulous to work with. They were helpful, easy to work with, very responsive, and never skipped a beat....even after a couple of extensions. We received word that we got the Clear To Close the day before the contract expired, the title team quickly scheduled my Buyers to come in and sign, and the orchestrated a remote notary in Europe for the sellers, and got everything back in time to fund on time. GREATLY Appreciate all your work and service on this one!

    I purchased a house that was advertised as 5500 sqft, but as I was about to close the deal, I realized that it didnt seem that big. Upon measuring, I discovered that the actual size of the house was only 3700 sqft, and this information was not disclosed anywhere. When I tried to cancel the transaction and get my $10,000 back, no one was willing to help or return my money, and they even tried to pressure me to proceed with the purchase. Thankfully, I found Alan, who was able to help me. After lengthy discussions, Alan convinced them to give me a full refund, even though they initially offered only $3,000. Alan was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly and politely. I was so impressed with his service that I plan to use him for future cases. I highly recommend him to others

The team work extremely hard and work diligently and efficiently to get things done.
