My family and I are so grateful to the entire staff of Jefferson Bank’s Mortgage Loan Office! We had some negative experiences with other loan offices attempting to get a loan to purchase a house in the New Braunfels area. We were so thankful Keri Moses and her team came along! They were so responsive, caring, and professional to get us through the whole process and close on our house in a speedy timeline! I have to shout out Ayla Vega, Arielle Perez, and of course Keri Moses! Each of these ladies were extremely responsive and helpful to my wife and I in helping us understand the entire process, and getting all the paperwork submitted in a timely manner! I cannot recommend a better team to entrust with your home loan application!

In terms of a loan agent relationship, Keri Moses at Jefferson Bank is pretty stellar. I closed a mortgage with her several months ago in a particularly unique and tricky situation. Keri made it happen, and her team delivered. I have a bullpen of mortgage providers I reference for competitive rates. My real estate agent Carey Morgan recommended Keri though, and when I talked to her, her rates were spot on with the absolute best I could find otherwise. Honestly, Ive enjoyed working with a local San Antonio bank. Its been a pleasure with Keri Moses and her Jefferson Bank team.Oh, and one more thing. When I went in to the office to sign papers, apparently I wasn’t supposed to park in the Bank Board Members’ spots, but since my Boston Terrier boy D. was in the car, Keri said it was fine! 😆

If you are looking for someone to fund your construction, look no further than Jefferson Bank. From the first meeting up to the closing, the service received was world-class; I am sure this will continue during the construction process. Most banks offer cookie-cutter offerings, but Jefferson bank was able to take into consideration many things with regards to funding sources that other banks simply did not care about. Honestly, at Jefferson, it felt like working with a bunch of friends and not a lender. I must show some praise for Keri Moses who from the first meeting felt like someone we have known for years. Working with Keri restored my faith in lenders because any time in the past I have needed mortgage services, it felt like going through a drive-thru at a fast-food restaurant. Keri took a genuine interest for our needs to secure funding for our project. She always kept us informed during all steps of the process which established sincere credibility and comfort when working with her. These types of transactions are life-changing and there is often a lot of anxiety when going through the process, however, with Keri and Jefferson, the process caused NO stress at all. Thank you Keri and everyone else that has made our dream of building a house come true, I will forever be thankful! Save yourself a lot of hassle and use Jefferson for your mortgage needs; you will not be disappointed.

Jefferson Bank rescued my family from a sudden job loss when no other banks we called could. SVP Keri Moses and our mortgage processor Denise Schuchardt were amazing throughout the process. Keri met with us in December and discussed the process with us and how the loan could proceed. She was on top of everything from the moment we first made contact with us. Denise saw us through the stages prior to closing and she, too, was always on the ball. If I missed something, either or both would follow up to make sure we had a smooth closing. I cannot express my familys gratitude to Jefferson Bank, Keri, and Denise enough. I tell everyone about Jefferson Bank and have ensured that my realtors and friends that are in the housing market know the kind of respect, empathy, and service we received throughout our experience. My family is already planning on how to do more banking with Jefferson Bank because of it.

I bought my first house 8 months ago. Having A+ credit and getting turned down by 4 other mortgage companies an adviser suggested I contact Jefferson. My financial situation being somewhat different they were happy to help. They took excellent care of me and provided great guidance. Thank you Jefferson. I would recommend you and will keep you in mind for the future.
