I have always had wonderful service at this Jefferson bank. Today, Barbara Garcia really when out of her way to help me achieve what I came to do at the bank!She got out , and came ro the car because the window was not working and took care of my business right there in the parking area!That is outstanding customer service!!We need more employees like her!I hope Jefferson bank sees this rating!

This is probably by far the best bank in the city, access to the branch manager Barbara, Alfonzo one of the best floor tellers to Gabe in Drive thru. No other bank in the city offers better customer service and ease in doing in business. Unless you want to stand in line for an hour at USAA for a teller and the most difficult drive through in the city as well. Banking here is not cheap but you get what you pay for. My personal banking representative has been through a lot with with me, always courteous, kind, professional and has amazing knowledge on banking rules and policies. they have a beautiful lobby and the people are alway well dressed and willing to help unlike the rest of the banks in town.
