I had a great experience depositing a check. During lunch time as well. Walked in, registered, got a beverage and waited 5 min in a swanky waiting area. The rep completed the operation within a few minutes and answered my questions. The whole experience was an apex of efficiency.

The staff at this location was extremely helpful, especially Catherine who went above and beyond in helping me out. Not only was she extremely patient, but really took the time in helping me out with the specifics of my case.

I am very pleased with service and staff as they were very nice polite and quick, (even though I was unable to complete tasks due to required setting up/tying in of banking accounts - not Fidelitys fault) however what could have been better is if customers were provided with a clear step by step process covering how to open / initial accessing of online accounts for the first time i.e. what is your username by default from the company, what is your default password etc. so you can go in to change and set up. Or even the process to initially set up those items -that was left to figure out with calling in for additional customer help.

Jordan was super nice and helpful! She helped me process my IRA rollover and guided me patiently to finish up all the paper works efficiently and professionally. Just after a few hours, my rollover was done! She also called me back to get me updated. I will definitely continue to choose Fidelity.

Great location next to the Domain on the first floor. Nope reception and beverages for waiting. Very nice waiting area. Have most investments with Fidelity and wanted to come in for some advice, guidance and see if I was on the right track. Met with Lauren, who was great. Patient, explained options and answered many questions. Got some peace of mind from the visit.

I do not understand all the bad reviews. I have dealt with Fidelity for over 20 years and found the most customer service oriented business around. Always answer the phone, treat you with professional courtesy and get the job done.

Convenient location as you can access from either the Alterra or Burnet Rd side. Helpful staff and comfortable offices as well. Fidelitys dedication to customer satisfaction is a big part of why we chose them for our investing needs.
