I never write reviews but Mr Horton has been the best financial advisor w whom I have worked -- and I worked with many.What sets him apart from all the others is that he is proactive: He actually takes time out from his day to inform you about prospective decisions to grow your account. Other advisors do not do this.On top of this, he is a fiduciary, he is taking this extra time w his clients out of a passion for his work. not for personal gain.Highly recommended
