I swapped to CUTX from a different bank after having many issues with fraud and not being able to walk into a branch and get help when it was much needed.I moved my business and personal accounts to CUTX and have not had any issues since. Each time I have needed help I have been able to walk in and sit down with a representative within 15 minutes.Ashley Gibson has helped me with getting all of my accounts set up. She is very fast, and knowledgeable about everything I have needed help with/ had questions about.I have very much enjoyed making the swap to CUTX as a whole.
