Every experience I have had with, “CoinFlip,” has been a positive one from the start. I found them using, “CoinATMRadar,” App. It was my first-ever purchase of any type of Crypto Currency, and I had already had some issues trying to deal with Large Centralized Exchanges like Coinbase.Once I located the most convenient location for me, & drove to the location - the CoinFlip ATM had their phone number listed, and I called immediately for help with my 1st Transaction! I was prepared too - I had a pic on my iPhone of the QR Code that addresses my Cold Wallet. I only had to state if my deposit was above or below a specific amount of cash - since different rules apply - as guidelines change for larger deposit/purchases. I have used, ‘Hassle-free,’ CoinFlip ever since, and now I am aware they have a Trade Desk where I can go to buy an even wider array of coins than what is offered on the ATM…. They have other services as well. Your best rates are with their Trade Desk Reps - so, you don’t even have to drive with Cash on you if you don’t wish! Both ways work for me! - bm. In TX
