I want to give a shout out to Brian Armstrong who provided exceptional customer service at the front desk. He was taking care of three people at once. Two of which were older ladies whose sense of entitlement, snarky remarks and overall rudeness would have made anyone crack under pressure. Not Brian, he continued to solve their problems and my own while addressing us in a very courteous manner. I truly believe he should be recognized in some way. -

Every time I have ever dealt with Schwab I have had a great experience. Kind front desk people, great customer support via the phone, and they even have extras like coffee and soda at this location. Highly recommend overall! -
