My wife and I went there today to deal with an issue from their recent transition from their recent merger with TD Ameritrade. We tried contacting Schwab through their 800 number but could not have the issue resolved. We made the drive to this office and the lady at reception quickly and professionally addressed our issue. The poor ratings on this location must be from disgruntled investors. I received stellar service and results at this location. Schwabs trading platform is a definite improvement from TD Ameritrade. -

I met with Nicholas today and opened an IRA. I was very pleased with the customer service of this branch and Nicholas was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and makes things easy to understand. He walked me through how to roll over my 401K and made the whole process fun. -
