I had alot of different silver items mostly coins. Attendant counted weighed seperated and provided me with a detailed list of what I had and then explained exactly what I was receiving for each. Place was clean and attendants were professional. They offered me more than 2 other shops in the area. If I had more items I would go back. If I buy more I would go there first.

Known these guys for year, even before I got into collecting because my Dad had been going to them. Always have great pricing, even with the premiums on gold and silver always moving up (which is not anything they can control). I had moved away and had not been to the shop in about 3 years (the same with my Dad), but came up to check them out again, the showcases are no longer full, which made me sad to see since I was used to them being full of so many different cool precious metal coins, but after talking with the owner, there new business model is working out great for them. Its amazing to see how much COVID changed the store and the amount of people investing in precious metals, but it was also nice to see that it brought them a lot of business. I wish yall the best of luck, and will make sure to visit when I am in the area.

It’s great to see what you’re carrying before I come into the store.It’s also nice to see the total costs including all fees on the website stock list. Transparency is key for me. I found this business based upon reviews in Google maps. Weve been interested in buying gold and silver but didnt quite know where to start, so we decided to check out this business.We were greeted upon entry and after explaining what we were looking for Jonathan happily provided us with lots of tangible and helpful information to make an informed buying decision. Jonathan and Rob were very patient in answering all of our questions and we never felt rushed throughout our time there. They were very knowledgeable and helped to educate us on the basics.Overall, we are very happy with our buying experience, customer service, and product selections. I have bought from them many times over the past several years. They are very knowledgeable, prices are fair, and they often beat the prices of the large dealers. Best of all, it is nice to do business with a local small business where the owners are very knowledgeable and always helpful. You can also check on line to see what they have in inventory, which can literally change in a flash. That said, if you are customer, you can call and talk to a real person that can help you with achieve your goals. All that, at no extra charge - pretty impressive.

These guys are good guys. Their knowledge and customer service is a value that is unsurpassed in the area. I had a broken gold necklace that I didnt want to fix and so I figured Id sell it. I went to a pawn shop first and was insulted by the low ball offer. I tried big name jewelry/gold buying shop and just didnt feel right about their offer either. Needless to say, I am glad that I had held out. After doing some research on google, I stumbled upon this place. Hands down their offer was significantly higher than the others! I also enjoyed looking around the store and seeing the interesting things they have for sale there too. Keep up the great business model and excellent storefront!

Oh wow this place is Amazing. First I was scriptical when I looked at the place online but after I called and came in person . I told myself I found my dealer !! The second you step inside you feel so good !! Nice and neat and professional !! You can see all the bars and coins that this place had to offer for your investment or your coin and bars collecting . Went to this place after seeing it as a store in the area from the JM Bullion and Provident Metals websites. Had great experience there yesterday. Guy I worked with ( I assume the owner) was really friendly and answered many questions I had about their coins and bullion. Their American Silver Eagle Prices were the best in town and online once you include online fees.

Im not from Dallas, but I travel on business 3 weeks out of 4. I always try to stop in to the local coin shops when I have a few extra minutes. Ive been in HUNDREDS of coin stores throughout the United States and this is one of my favorites. Its CLEAN, organized, professional, they have a good selection, theyre friendly & helpful. But the thing that impressed me the most is that they are reasonable....the owner had several of the same coin in stock and offered me a fantastic deal on one of them, I paid $45 less than I thought I was going to have to. I had a brief conversation with the owner who started this business after leaving his corporate job to do what he loves....what more can you ask for? Again, one of my favorite coin stores in the country, check them out. -Justin
