I went in on a Saturday to open a new checking account and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and helped immediately. The banker that helped me was Mr. Art Barboza. He was very friendly, helpful and explained all services to me. Overall experience was awesome. I’m glad I joined the Broadway Bank family.

Elizabeth Young is the Best Banker ever! I had some serious issues pop up with my debit card but both times she was on it and rectified the situation immediately! She is very professional and very kind and caring. She helped me to stay calm and walked and talked to me through every step that needed to be taken. And as always I walked out with a smile on my face and feeling good about it all. To whom it may concern, I have been doing business with Broadway Bank for over 25 years. Things changed over the last few years and some of the good people that I’ve done business some have disappeared and quite honestly I have noticed a decline in the service. Recently Michelle Beza, at the Stoneoak branch taking an interest in seeing to it that my account was handled to the max. Michele works tirelessly to see to it at my banking these are all fulfilled, she works hard to make sure I get the best interest rates just the best service that I could possibly expect from the bank. I would highly recommend Michelle Beza at Broadway Bank.
