NOT AN ACCOUNT HOLDER, BUT... I just want to commend Austin-Telco for going above and beyond for me. My father passed away in February and unfortunately had no one listed as a beneficiary on his account. Starting from the morning of his passing all the way up until today, the staff went above and beyond the norm in terms of customer service. From offering guidance to what was needed for the process of retrieval of his funds, to working with me on legalities, time and time again I was greeted with great attitudes and willingness to help navigate through a difficult situation. The staff at this location worked together today to help make everything work out for the best, and I cannot thank the ladies enough for their patience. What a great staff! Credit Unions have the absolute BEST customer service, hands down.

I have been banking with Austin Telco for probably 15 to 20 years and I have not had an issue with anything. I have several accts of mine and family members for years. If I have any issues or questions they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. When I went to move my accts to a retirement company, they never had an issue with it. All and all I love this bank.

Stephanie in the drive thru has impeccable work ethic and disposition. Doesn’t bat an eye when I pull up a few minutes before closing for a teller’s check. I’ve had other locations say, “no, bye” and shut the blinds in my face (Jollyville).Anyway, thanks again!!
