I had anniversary bands made for my wife. They took her wedding ring, did a CAD drawing, and made her side bands identical to her wedding ring. Then they fused all 3 rings into 1 and its stunning. Fantastic quality and price for custom fabricated jewelery.

I bought a diamond ring at another store and had it checked out for lab created diamonds or natural diamonds at this store. They were curtious and very helpful to test my ring that i bought from somewhere else as it turns out those were lab created diamonds. I was able to return the lab created diamond ring to the original store and get back my money. I came back to America’s Diamond & jewelry exchange and bought another ring with natural diamonds. They are been superb with their customer service. They have an exquisite jewelry collection at great prices.

I visited them to get a quote on a couple things I wanted to sell. Although they did not buy them from me, I still had a great experience! While I was waiting, he sent pictures of my items to a specialist that he had readily available to give advice on specific items and brands. He was quick and informative. He thoroughly explained to me why they weren’t purchasing my items particular brand and even suggested using eBay if I still needed to sell them. Very professional, engaging and nice. I would still highly recommend this place! Plus, they have an amazing selection of jewelry and fine/precious metals and coins.

I have been to this location twice. Both visits have been superb with their customer service ( watch repair and ring maintenance). They have an exquisite jewelry collection at great prices. I have purchased a wedding band enhancer and am beyond satisfied. Their silver jewelry collection is also very nice. Totally recommend!

This week I decided to shop around to check out different jewelry stores customer service and prices. I needed to get my tennis bracelet fix and decided to downsize the amount of my silver and gold jewelries All 3 I have visited offered me great customer service. However I was given different prices to fix my bracelet and of course the amount offered for my scrap jewelry.One of the jewelry stores I came across was America’s Diamond & Jewelry Exchange In Lewisville. I was given excellent customer service the moment I walked in their door. Mr. Sibby Alvi took his time examining my tennis bracelet and gave me an explanation of how it will be fixed. He was very courteous and thoroughly informed me about how he was doing on buying my silver and gold to give me the best offer.I left the store totally satisfied doing business and feeling not ripped off! Mr.Sibby Alvi fixed my bracelet with the least quoted price and had offered the best $$$ to buy my scrap silver & gold!Highly recommend.

I would like to thank Mr. Chandresh Thakkar and his team for their honest advice and great on-time delivery of the beautiful necklace and the matching bracelet that I requested for my daughters wedding and although the time was tight, they generously made the alterations that I asked to be made without even increasing the price for the extra changes, I recommend them for their sincer though professional attitude
