I had the pleasure of speaking with the fraud department on 01/31/24 around 9:30, unsure of the name of the sweet lady i spoke with but she was so sweet and helpful! There was a temporary hold put on my account, and she quickly released it after verifying my identity and got me all fixed up! I highly recommend this bank to everyone! -
