    We had talked of buying gold for years and decided to get the information when our retirement plan allowed purchasing gold as part of our IRA. We were contacted by Trace who was very helpful and understanding. We had a lot of questions that went beyond the norm and Trace referred us to Patrick Nelson. Patrick was also helpful and understanding and talked with us on several calls until we were comfortable. From there the process went quickly with Patrick keeping us apprised each step of the way. Im a terrible procrastinator and Patrick handled me very well. Gold took a slight dip and Patrick called and mentioned the drop and his concern that the price would quickly rise. So we completed everything and he was right. The day after we purchased, the price went back up. What a wonderful experience and I praise both for their knowledge and ability to stay on me until I was comfortable, without annoying me. Now Im very pleased with our decision and wonder why I was so concerned.

    I had an IRA in an annuity that I wanted to convert into an Advantage Gold IRA. The company I was with, was the worst at customer service I had ever had to deal with. They kept delaying releasing the funds for almost two weeks. I would send them what they asked for and they would say they never received it. Todd got one of their specialists to take over and they were able to get the funds into the Advantage Gold account in less than a week. Todd set everything up and it went very smoothly once Advantage got involved. Great service, and personal attention. I would recommend them to anyone, especially family.

    I received a call from Advantage Gold within 2 hours after submitting my information electronically indicating my interest in a precious metals IRA. After a short discussion with Jared, we decided that I was quite familiar with precious metals but not familiar with how to convert an existing IRA to gold/silver/platinum. Within 60 seconds I was transferred to Marc. Marc did a wonderful job of explaining such an IRA with zero pressure to boot. Marc and I had 3 more discussions over the next week and half, reviewing videos and links to information as well. I was committed to moving forward with the paperwork and Jared was back in the picture again - he populated the forms for me within 10 minutes while on the phone. That was easy!     I took my retirement out of the market in the nick of time, because it crashed! I would have lost so much & I really didnt have that much to begin with. Im so grateful that George was there to help me through transferring everything. Well after he stopped returning my calls & NEVER did send the gold coin from his collection hes promised. Once they have your money they could care less about you. I pulled my money out of Advantage Gold & put it another one & Matt turned out to be just as bad as George Bush. Matt promised me he was not like that. to him he said it doesnt matter if your a millionaire or a regular working person that all his people were important to him. What a Freaking huge lie that was & it took Matt even less time than George to start ignoring my calls! Im in the process of looking somewhere else I can put my money. I just dont trust any of them any longer. The new place is charging me $60. for a 1 page report to tell me how much of my money they have lost for me.
