    I cannot say enough positive things about the great customer service provided at Insurance 4 Texas in Bastrop. Amber & Xavier go the extra mile for their clients! They shop for the best coverage for your needs. Sure you might find lower rates available elsewhere, but you’ll be hard-pressed to find to find insurance agents that care as much about you. We’ve been satisfied customers since 2021.

    This place is amazing. My son’s insurance agency just wrote a letter to us canceling his policy after 6 years , and wrote it a month after they canceled! Called Kathy Bayes and she had him insured that day. They are so friendly and kind. Small town atmosphere. Go out of their way to be helpful and look for the beat coverage available. A great team !!

    We have used bayes insurance since we bought our house in 2001. We had such a great experience with all of the ladies in this office that this is the only place we go for any type of insurance needs. Every person that works here is always happy to help and they are always respond quickly. They do all the work all you have to do is call with a request or what you are needing and can always be assured that they have gotten you the best deal and most for your buck!!!     Kathy Bayes insurance agency will treat you like family! Amber (new owner) and her team are experienced in shopping for their clients needs and staying within your budget. I recommend KBI for anyone in Texas, not just in the Bastrop area. They can handle everything through phone/email and still give you a wonderful personal experience.

    I used Kathy for years when I lived in the Bastorp area and continue to call her every time I need insurance even though I have moved to Georgetown. She always finds me the lowest rate on both my personal property and my rentals. Kathy is, however, somewhat an acquired taste.. Some may find her gruff exterior mistakenly offensive, but she is a jewel and an accomplished business woman.. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing homeowners or business insurance.
