    The Commercial Department was out of this world exceptional.     I was looking for an insurance agent that would take the time to explain the different coverage options and different companies. I called several places and TS Insurance (Eva) was the first one that actually took time to ask questions which will help determine the best coverage for my home and auto. Eva has been very helpful in switching my home and auto to her agency and her customer service is excellent. I am happy with the quality of service provided by TS Insurance.

    They will always pick up the phone and reply emails fast. You can also text which is great. My agent was Vivian, she was very responsible keeping me updated. That’s what I was looking for because some companies just don’t pick up the phone or put you on hold for long periods of time.

    A friend recommended TS Insurance to me because my auto insurance company was charging me an arm and a leg ($165). I went to Eva to see if she could get me a better deal, and it turned out that she actually couldn’t. Apparently, my rate with my current insurance carrier was and still is really good. What impressed me about Eva is:1.) She was honest about recommending that I stay with my insurance company.2.) She took it a step further to investigate why my rate was so high (accident still pending).3.) Even though she wasn’t my agent, she sat down with me and went over my auto insurance and told me how to lower it.One meeting with her and my insurance dropped to $140. I received better customer service with Eva than I do through my own insurance company, and I’m not even her client. Once my accident resolves itself, I will definitely be switching over to TS Insurance.

    I highly recommend TS Insurance. It had been some time since I had shopped around for auto insurance simply because I was content with the provider I had and it was time consuming. I wanted a quote quickly just to have an idea. Needless to say, TSI went above and beyond by answering all of my questions, offering their professional advise and processing all of the paperwork so quickly. I’m thrilled with their service.     My wife and I are extremely happy with TS insurance. Both Mr Gabriel and Mrs Eva were very informative over all our policies (Life, Home, Car insurance) to where we felt very comfortable being insured by them. We’ve gone thru a few other insurance companies in the past for our car insurance but anyone who is thinking about signing with TS will truly love their customer service.     TS Insurance was recommended to me by a friend. I was skeptical at first because I was pretty content with my policies already. But out of a feeling of obligation I went ahead and gave the agency a call. I’m huge on customer service. From beginning to end the rep was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. She made me feel like she would go out of her way to get what I needed, and be happy about it! No question was too small. By the end of our convo I almost felt like I would remember all the details the next day! LOL.Anyway, her patience with me and her drive to make sure I was happy convinced me to cut the cord with my previous agency.
