You might think well if you are a homeowner and have been for years and you drive you should know what you need. Not necessarily! Insurance changes just like other things. STATE FARM had made 3 major mistakes since July 2023 when I paid them in full for my home coverage for a year and my car for 6months which is all they allow. I received a cancellation notice for my home for non payment in Oct. 2023 which was paid in full and it took them until Jan.2024 to correct the issue. The second six months on the car was paid in full and the same happened. On June 14, 2024 I received a text that they received confirmation that my home that I have owned for 39 years had been sold and I owed money because my car was no longer under the bundle coverage. I immediately called and they couldnt explain so I finally got the agency owner and he said my home had not been covered since April 18,2024 because of lack of payment which was paid in full in July 2023. I immediately contacted your agency and Desni Cox was like an angel from heaven. My husband passed away and I found her in his files. She stayed late and worked early to help me get coverage for both my home and car. She is fantastic and such a blessing in the middle of all the chaos with STATE FARM. I am so thankful for her !!! The world needs more people like her!!! THANK YOU!!!

The agents at Thumann Agency specially Nida Pasha and Desni Cox are two of the best insurance agents I have ever worked with. They understand our insurance requirements and are always happy to answer all my questions including the complicated ones. They are forbearing of the pressure I put upon them whenever I am in need of quick response. The types of insurance coverages we purchased from Thumann Agency are general liability, workers comp, business insurance i.e. coverage for contents of warehouse, commercial and personal auto, renters and home. These agents are more than happy to shop around for us.

Haley Villavaso is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. She actively look for the best rates and coverage and she is always looking out for the customer. If she can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with she will tell you. Definitely a person who cares for the customer. I have had a great experience with her, she has a great personality and made my day joyful when i was having a bad day shopping around for insurance rates, she answered any and every insurance question. She has helped me save a lot of money on my insurance policy. Wish there were more people like her. Thumann Agency is nothing with out Haley. 10/10

Best insurance agency out there! Daphne was wonderful. She assisted me in a time of need where I wanted to switch insurance companies one day before my renewal. She went above and beyond and spent time going over options with me and answering all my questions. She even went a step further and did a detailed comparison twice to ensure I was getting the coverage that I waned. She is top notch individual and knows how to treat customers! Denise and the entire team over at the Thumann Agency are the best people in Dallas for any insurance needs. Im based all the way in Pennsylvania and needed some help with a unique Dallas project that none of the national guys were willing to help with. One email to the Thumann Agency and Denise called me mere minutes later anxious to get started on my needs after ensuring she understood the full situation.While Denise wasnt quite able to get what I needed done, she was certainly the most willing to go above and beyond what I asked her to try. I’ve never been one to post reviews about any company and or the service that I’ve received rather good or bad, but I honestly have to stop what I’m doing to say this:Ive been with the Thumann Agency FAMILY since purchasing my home in 2003 and if you’re looking for insurance coverage for your home then I would definitely recommend you reaching out to them. Not only do they have quality protection for your home, their agents are AWESOME. Their insurance gives me the ease of knowing that if my home should sustain damage that I can call on them and they treat you as if you’re family and not just someone who carries their coverage. Personally I feel as though there are no other insurance agencies in the Dallas FT Worth area who can meet and or exceed my expectations like My Thumann Agency Family.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with the Thumann Agency. We have all of our business insurance with them and I am in the process of moving my personal policy to them too as they come up for renewal. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and very fast to respond to my needs. That is huge for me, as I dont like to waste my time and the team at the Thumann agency definitely respects that. Just recently one of vehicles was involved in an accident which resulted in a total loss of our vehicle. The other driver was at fault and we even had a police report stating that. The other drivers insurance said they would accept 80% responsibility which I thought was absurd and that would have added up to a $4000 loss for me. I called the Thumann Agency and Steve, the owner, called me back and advised me how to handle the other insurance company. I did exactly as he told me and the very next day, the other drivers insurance company called me to say that they reviewed the file and they are going to pay 100%. Saved me $4000!!
