    You can’t go wrong with this insurance agency especially with the agent (Blake Menn). He is the best agent I have ever had. He goes out of his way to get you the best deal. He also keeps you informed of any changes to your policy without you asking. He pretty much does all the leg work so you don’t have to and keeps you informed of everything that is going on. You don’t get that with any other company. They could take lessons from him. This agent is amazing.

    I was the listing agent on a recent transaction where the buyers were having problems with their insurance agent getting documents quickly. So, they agreed to try my referral to Andrew.     As a new member of our condo HOA board, I was tasked with researching some insurance information that we needed. After dealing with a number of people in the chain, I finally got to speak to Dominic (co-owner) at Decisive Insurance Agency. It was the single most impressive conversation I have had in a very long time. And even though a prior board member, shifted the insurance to another vendor for 2024, Dominic took a great deal of time to explain how the commercial insurance policy for the condo worked. He was patient, respectful, and did an excellent job in reviewing and educating me. This kind of customer service is hardly exists these days.And if that wasnt enough, late yesterday afternoon, I received a call from the other co-owner, Andrew. In my calling frenzy earlier that morning I called a Decisive, but hung up due to another call coming in. Andrew saw the number, with no message recorded, and called me to ask if he could help me.In this new world order, were people seem to care less and less about doing a good job, here was a company that took the time to assist a person with out the focus being on personal gain.     Dominic is an awesome insurance agent. He is noncaptive and is able to shop many insurance companies at once, therefore finding us the best possible rates for our level of coverage. He reshops our rates every year. He has also helped us immensely with the claims process on both our homeowners and my mothers auto insurance. He always responds to us within 24 hours. He of5en gets back to us within an hour or two. Weve never met him in person, as we live in Pflugerville.
