    During an annual shopping insurance effort the response from Worthen Insurance exceeded my expectations. That isnt usually the case in contacting other local Pearland/Friendswood area insurance brokers. The Worthen representative provided a clear and easy to understand comparison document of my current auto/home/flood/umbrella insurance policies with two other companies they proposed. My home insurance doesnt renew until August 2025 so a little early in exploring options but was pleasantly surprised at their thorough response. Ill revisit with them in July 2025 to check on alternate insurance carrier options at that point. However, I did take this opportunity to switch to their proposed flood insurance carrier and reduced my premium (as my flood insurance renewed at the end of February 2025). Ill emphasize the documentation they provided for my consideration of switching insurance companies was hugely beneficial.

    We recently changed our insurance broker to Worthen Insurance in Friendswood, TX. For years we had a trusted advisor, but he retired and sold his business. The service was never the same for the last 4 years. In researching agencies, we found Worthen and everything about their business model was very similar to what we had for years with our previous agency. Sean Buckels contacted us after receiving our inquiry for new coverage. The entire process of doing business with Worthen has been satisfactory. We look forward to having a long term relationship and having a customer focused team provide us with the level of service we expect.

    Worthen Insurance Group is a great place for all your life needs. We visited for the investment side and found Mrs. Johnson very professional and very informative about our decisions for investing. Her staff was also very professional and polite. I highly recommend Worthen Insurance Group for your investment group.Update: Last year we switched all our home and auto insurance coverages to Worthen. Just recently it was time for renewals and words cannot describe the professionalism that Sean provided when we initially called about the renewal. He directed us to Drelle who provided us with excellent service to get our renewals done. (We had a bit of a difficulty doing it online so she helped us there in the office.) Drelle is also very courteous and polite and I can tell she is very enthusiastic about her job.

    Sean recently provided me with exceptional customer service with a tricky policy renewal that I brought over from a different agency. Worthen, as a broker, shopped around my home, auto, wind, umbrella, and flood - and was able to put together a package deal that ended up saving us $2000 in 2023 vs. renewing with current carriers of each policy. I cannot recommend Karoline and Worthen, enough!

    I just want to let everyone know how incredible Angela Johnson and her team are at Farmers. I have dealt with many agencies before but these ladies do not go the extra mile, they go the extra 100 miles!! we are so fortunate to have them as our insurance representatives because they truly have their customers best interest at heart whether we are at fault or not. They are all so kind, personable and caring and lets face it when you need to deal with insurance issues thats the kind of support you need.
