With new management it can go both ways. When I called Twin City, Colten the new manager answered and he was very friendly and helpful. Found me new coverage under my circumstances. I still went and shopped around and after Progressive and Farmers were not able to beat Coltens rates I went back. The girls there treated me with kindness, Ines and Destiny and they even got me a better rate. ALL insurance are sky high but when you find people who are willing to help, I have to stay loyal! Recommending Twin City and new management.
