I spoke to two other companies and by far he was very engaging in every aspect of the process and laid out several options, helping me entertain all three scenarios on the home policies and the different possibilities on the automobile coverage. Gave me worst case scenarios and the likelihood under each different coverage/plan (thorough). I’m certain there are other agents out there similar to the Santos Portillo team, but I have to say, I’m glad I have my best agent.
