I have been with Shannon Miller Insurance Agent (an independent broker) for a few years. Shannon Miller’s team are very professional, helpful, friendly and compassionate. They always look for the best rates for my vehicles and homeowners insurance. I had an issue a couple of years ago with my homeowners insurance. My homeowners insurance was canceled due to remodeling, and the siding had not been installed and my roof needed to be replaced, which had been replaced prior to the remodeling. Her team was very helpful to find a new homeowners insurance policy and affordable. They were very thorough and explained the new policy. I most definitely recommend her to friends and family. They #1 in my book.

I made a decision several years ago to move to an independent insurance broker and I landed with the Shannon Miller Insurance Agency, thanks to a friend referral. I have been extremely pleased with that decision. Insurance can be such a headache to deal with an it keeps getting more expensive. I wish I had moved to Shannon Millers team years ago. Not only do they save me money, they truly make me feel like they are on my side with every aspect of it. Premiums have really skyrocketed lately. When my renewal was quickly approaching this month and prices were off the charts, I started working with Jackie Galvan on Shannons team. Jackie was superb to work with, a true rock star!! Very professional, extremely thorough. She really helped me understand my options and helped me sort thru all the info. She helped me prioritize my decision making too. All so I could make the best possible decision. In the end, she customized my home/auto coverage among a couple different carriers to help me leverage good coverage with substantial savings. I have confidence with anything insurance related to trust the Shannon Miller team. I would highly recommend them to anyone. There are major advantages by using an independent broker. There are even more advantages by using the Shannon Miller team!

Shannon found us a significantly cheaper rate for our auto insurance and is currently in the process of taking over our homeowners insurance as well. Unfortunately, our previous insurance company is delaying the transfer, but Im confident Shannon will get it sorted out.My experience with Allstate Insurance, where I had been a loyal customer for many years, was far from satisfactory. In 2018, after 14 years of hail damage, I had my roof replaced, and Allstate only covered $1,800 of the damage. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to my agent, I received no response. The only communication I got was an automated email when I made the claim, offering assistance if needed, yet my calls for help went unanswered.Switching to Shannon Miller Insurance has been a breath of fresh air. Shannon and her team are proactive, always looking for better rates for her customers, and they actually answers when you call.
