Theres definitely an advantage to having an actual agent instead of dealing with an anonymous person in another state or country. I had an emotional breakdown when I got my homeowner’s insurance renewal quote from my previous insurance company. It had gone up 70% that would’ve made our monthly mortgage payment unaffordable. So I put a post on Facebook asking for advice from friends on what to do. My high school friend from 40 years ago responded that her daughter Erin Martin was an insurance agent and could help me. So I called her. What a breath of fresh air she was! She was so helpful! She listened intently to my needs and concerns and within two hours of talking to her she emailed to me two quote options. I was impressed by her quick response. When I had a question she didn’t feel completely knowledgeable about answering she asked me if she could first consult her mentor and get back with me the next day. I said sure. And indeed she got back with me the next day via email. She made a video on her computer to explain to me in detail the answer to my question. I was so impressed with this level of follow through, customer service and going above and beyond for me. Erin is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I highly recommend her and this agency. And it’s all because her mother responded to my Facebook post. I’m a very happy customer!
