Who knew that a tree root through septic could get declined if you don’t have the right coverage setup? Just one example. Rollo insurance of Dripping Springs brings the “serv” back into service.I’m one who will obsess on value. Just ask my wife. She fears bringing me shopping for it takes me seemingly hours to decide which brand vs value. I’m also one who thought I understood our family’s “former” policies and truly thought I was properly protecting our property both in house and auto . My judgement was mostly based on cost, and shopping the internet every time I saw an ad pop up or following a friend who used an app to shop the best price. I never crossed over to the internet for a few reasons. Mostly I hated that it was up to me when I’m not an expert at navigating policies to ensure some internet AI could aline us properly and clear my mind that we are sufficiently protected. I’m also a firm believer in working with an agency for I’m aimless as stated above and prefer a human expert to navigate the waters with me.We decided to leave the agency we had been with for better than a decade because all of the concerns above were still with us and the last straw being that we were dealing with the only insurance they represented directly for any policy changes or inquiries. We also never felt that we could simply email or call our former agency and ask “if our kids fly into town and drive our vehicles, are we covered?”Working with Rollo (We went there because they are for the most part an independent insurance agency which is extremely important) and having them inspect our policies they were able to demonstrate exposures and helped compare line by line on how we can correct and beyond it all how we could have better coverage for less money using tier 1 insurance companies (again important for us). They provided options for us and after signing on with Rollo they provided a smooth and painless transition to our new policies. Most of all why we decided to sign with Rollo is due to their willingness to sit with us personally to explain, compare, and adjust without any obligation. Old school service where they did all the work while my wife and I sat back with the comfort and relief of knowing that we have proper protection of our assets. - can’t beat it! Ohh, we actually did call Rollo afterwards and ask if we are covered…So comforting just to have that type of personal service.
