This firm has handled our automobile insurance for the last couple of years. I have always found them to be very thorough and very professional. During the time period, we totaled one car and had to get a new one and replace vehicles on our coverage and they practically did the entire process for us. Ellen Hawkins has been wonderful to us. Very professional, returns calls in a timely manner if we have questions. Morgans has carried our home and auto insurance for over 30 years and would not use anyone else. She keeps on track with our policys and gets us the best deals and prices including discounts and refunds. Have filed claims in past and never had a problem. We have been doing business with Morgan Insurance since 1998. We have compared pricing from time to time and the cost was always close. However, due to the quality of service we have never changed. you may get a better price but will never get better service. Their agent Chris K. has provided impeccable service. He has always and i do mean always, took care of everything we have requested or needed. Always answers our calls, very fast response, helps us in every way possible. Highly recommend Morgan Insurance and Chris K. for your commercial needs.
