Met with Michel yesterday. I didnt have an appointment but she didnt mind and started helping me right away. I had dozens of questions about commercial insurance and general liability insurance. She was super helpful and answered most of my questions. There were two questions she didnt know the answer to so she took note of them and offered to find the answers and get back with me. I appreciated her honesty and high level of service.

One word! Awesome! Amazing! Well, maybe two. Michel is the first insurance agent that took the time to explain exactly everything that is in our policy, making sure we understand them. We now feel for the first time that we know what our home and auto insurance covers and if we do have a question, Michel is a call away and were not stuck on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a representative. Michel is definitely the best insurance broker in the area. She looked over my fiance and Is previous coverages for our two vehicles and motorcycles and was able to find us better coverage for less than what we used to pay just to insure our cars! She is always available when you have questions or concerns. I love the personal touch we get like the thank you notes or reminders that our insurance is up for renewal. Thank you Michel!

Michel is the best insurance agency hands down. If it was an option to select 10 stars, then I would. It doesnt matter if my husband and I call her more than once per day or even everyday, shes always available, willing and patient with us. We are BIG on customer service so with that being said, I would refer Michel to anyone because Im that confident that she will find the best insurance available as well as provide excellent customer service along with quick responses. If you are looking to do something different in 2021, then here you go...a new insurance agency!

My encounter with Mrs. Hambrick from the moment I called her, to the time we hung up off the phone making my down payment to my new policy; she has been an absolute Angel! I dont normally take the time to write reviews because Im too impatient to sit and type like that lol but I had to commend Mrs. Michel on her level of courtesy and professionalism. It was truly unmatched when compared to other agents I have dealt with in the past. She truly makes you feel at ease and like you are family. I cant tell you how much customer service means to me and Michel Hambrick displayed all of that and more from start to finish. I have known Michel for several years and she has been my agent for Im guessing 5 + years. She is always very professional, and has my best interest at heart which takes the stress and worry out for me wondering if I have the best rate and best coverage available. She reviews my policy before it renews and makes recommendations without me having to think about it. I highly recommend having Michel look at your policy. She will be honest and tell you to stay where you are or more than likely let you know how much money she can save you with better coverage.

She doesnt try to upsell and she gives her honest opinion whether a product is needed. She gives recommendations if she notices there are gaps in coverage.
