I am so lucky to have found this place and Rachelle! My wife and I have been with her for the past 2 years now. At first, we had a really good deal bundling our renters and car insurances (and we have a lot of cars.. and she still found amazing deals). This year, we bought a house and dropped the renters insurance. Insurance rates have really increased recently, but somehow Rachelle genuinely found us unicorn deals and ways for discounts. We saved almost $900 for our car insurance this year and about $100-300 a month in homeowners insurance. Great experience in my first year working with Julie and the Mauceri Bynam team. I was a 20+ year single insurance buyer for home, auto, and umbrella and decided to call Mauceri Bynum out of frustration when a 30%+ renewal came in from this other insurance agent I had been loyal to for all those years. I realized when I tried to work with him to reduce that increase, he (and I for that matter) had zero power to do anything other than reduce my coverage limits to try to lower my cost which I was not at all interested in discussing.So far, in one year, Julie and team have saved me thousands vs. my old providers we have no control because of disaster.
