I decided to call Two Rivers Insurance Agency after I saw their office while driving home from downtown and I am so glad I did. Becky was very helpful in finding the right Homeowners Policy for me as well as new Auto Coverage at significantly lower cost. In an age where insurance is often purchased over the internet it was nice to actually talk in person to discuss my insurance needs. I was required to send some photos to the insurance agency, and I am 76 years old, and very much not too 21st century when it comes to modern web technology. Tammy Valencia, one of the ladies in the office completely step by step walked me through the process of submitting my I3 photos in a return reply email to the office. It took me forever to get it done, and she was very gracious, helpful, witty, and charming throughout the ordeal. This is not my first dealing with her, and every time has been the same way. She is such a pleasure to work with. She’s a 10 star Lady in a 5 star world.
