Great customer service on top of GREAT savings! After I bought my first house I started to realize the insurance company I had been with for decades raised my rates every year even though I was claim free. One call to Insurance of Mid-Cities and they found me better rates for both my auto and house. Each renewal they shop your rates among multiple vendors to get you the BEST deal. One time I tried to find a better rate and I spent hours to find out they had a lower rate than I could get on my own. I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.

Donna Williams was able to lower my deductible on my house without an increase in cost. The best part is that I only gave her my info once and she shopped it with her 10 different carriers to get me the best deal. That alone saved me a bunch of time on the phone...

I have used Mid Cities Ins. for over 5 years now. The rates are great, very competive. But the customer service from the office is above average! Donna and her crew are quick to reply to any questions or documentation I need. I emailed them this morning requesting 2 items I needed and with in an hour they had my copies emailed to me for me to print as I need this year! Thanks for always making this kinda of thing simple.
