Kelly was a pleasure working with on my home and auto renewal! She called me two months ahead of my expiration and had already shopped all the carriers to find me the best price. We discussed options to lower my premiums but I decided to keep the same coverage. She emailed me my receipts, proof of coverage and insurance card within minutes of our conversation.
