I contacted my home insurance company, Central Insurance, and asked them to inspect my 28 year old roof. To my surprise, they totaled it due to hail damage (I had no leaks). Within a couple of days, I received a very generous settlement offer, easily covering the cost of a new class 4 roof. The estimated replacement cost details were so complete that the roofing companies had all the information they could ever need to accurately figure their quotes. The adjuster for Central was very professional, experienced and responsive. Were happy and now Central also has our vehicles.

Linda was very friendly and knowledgeable. Got quote results promptly and decided to go with new carrier. Linda was available at my convenience to submit the paperwork, and I received my new policies promptly. Will not hesitate to recommend this agency if asked.

My insurance is with Garret Insurance through Central. Ive always been treated with friendliness and respect. I havent had a claim yet (God forbid) but I do believe they would be they would make it easy for me as theyre a great bunch of guys. I prefer a local agency rather than some anonymous big corporation. Theyre local people too so thats another reason to trust their advice.
