Our agent, Thomas Austin, in addition to being friendly, helpful and thorough,wrote a policy for our home that was accurate and affordable. After a year, a 100 mph straight wind blew over a fully leafed-out 125ft tall giant white oak right across and into our house. I called Thomas, and I still marvel at the speed he filed our claim. He sent the request for an adjuster to come out. The adjuster came out, filed the report after his thorough inspection, the claim for the house was filed, & the money was in our bank in 6 days from the time I called our agent. Thomas Austin is the agent who listened, and never dropped the ball when we needed him.

Thomas Austin provided something I haven’t seen in a really long time - personalized customer service. Living in the instant click society technology has created, we rarely have a face to put with a name in our business relationships. Thomas is the antithesis of that approach.Not only did Thomas listen to me and my frustrations with my previous carrier, but he asked questions as if he were asking himself what he wanted and needed for his own family. He was very personal while weighing my family’s needs with the trends of what he sees every day. But in a very practical manner so as to not necessarily “upsell” me for the sake of maximizing the policy.It was the most professional experience I have had in dealing with insurance and his presentation was a welcome relief. He delivered my policy to me in person and explained everything in detail. The bound packet he provided me was organized and concise.Six stars out of five. Highly recommend.
