I highly recommend contacting Ellis when you begin shopping around for car insurance. At first I was quoted outrages rates by Insurance companies to the point it didnt make buying a car seem worth it anymore lol. I didnt know where to turn and luckily I stumbled upon Ellis Insurance Agency and they took care of me.Their agent Michael is an awesome guy. Hes very personable and genuinely dedicated to finding the best rate possible. Thanks to Michaels help I saved over 60% on my monthly rate. Im not kidding. I have been a client of Ellis Insurance Agency for 18 years, both personally and professionally. Working in residential mortgages many years ago, my company referred clients to Ellis who needed new homeowners policies, and that is how I got to know them. Seeing first hand how well they served our clients and hearing all of the positive feedback, I went to them myself when we bought our first home. I have been a home and auto client ever since! We switched for one year to a different broker in an effort to help out a friend who started working there, and the difference in service and responsiveness was night and day. Needless to say, we returned to Ellis as soon as we could. The team is knowledgeable and courteous, and I always get a response within the day when I send a question or have a need. Every time renewal comes up, my agent is already pricing our policies to make sure we are still getting the lowest available premiums before I even ask. My father contacted several different agencies after receiving an increase from their current insurance company. He ultimately decided on Ellis Insurance because of the great quotes that were provided along with receiving excellent customer service. It was obvious to me why he chose Ellis Agency. After his passing, I worked directly with Jennifer Campbell on home owners renewals, car insurance renewals, changes in pricing for changes in renewal terms, and ultimately cancellations. At every step of the way Jennifer was sensitive to my needs and our situation and provided quick responses and support. I’ve used EIA for all my insurance needs for over 10 years and I always experience the highest level of service. Since we get new cars approximately every 3 years, Neal makes updating our policy a breeze. We’ve experienced a few hail storms and EIA is always so helpful when we have questions about the claims process. It’s a great feeling to not have to worry about anything insurance related because you know you are in good hands!

I have used Ellis Insurance for my personal needs for over 30 years. When I started my own business 4 years ago, it was natural to go straight to Jerry and his team to help me navigate all the special insurance a service company needs to protect its self, its workers, and its clients. We are a senior move management company and a household goods carrier and therefore have lots of ground to cover insurance wise. I have gone many times to Jerry and Karen for a refresher to make sure I understand how we are covered and for what. I have said this before and just said it to someone yesterday: It is so beneficial to my company (and to my sanity and security) to have one stop for all our insurance needs!

She was instrumental in securing the maximum insurance proceeds payout for our company after we were originally told the payment would be partial. This morning my car was vandalized while in the parking lot of the Snooze restaurant on 1604. I got there at 7:00 AM for a Bible Study and walked out at 8:23 to my car to realize that someone had broken my window and stole my gym bag. I called the police to make a report and then called my insurance agent, Eddie Sandoval, at Ellis Insurance Agency to find out what to do. He immediately told me that my carrier, Safeco, would waive the deductible, clean the broken glass, and replace my window for free. He then took it upon himself to set my appointment for me. I am so grateful that I chose Eddie Sandoval and Ellis Insurance Agency to protect my family’s home and autos. Eddie’s advice a few years back to use Safeco has paid dividends. I would recommend that since we all have home and auto protection needs that it would be worth your time to call Eddie Sandoval and the Ellis Insurance Agency for a consultation. They are the best out there.

2017, I was looking for home insurance and I dont know where to start to look for. and also afraid that I will have barrier communicate especially I am deaf. So, Relator referred me to this. First one Debra, She helped me, she looking for best insurance and get everything ready then, she show me lists and I was happy insurance that she found it for me. Guess what, I dont have to talk to different insurance, I dont have to worry to struggle communicate with all different insurance. She took care of it for me everything all I do is read and agree or disagree then sign papers work. That it. I dont feel stress or worry. It made my things lighter. Debra is my first one, then Melissa, and Now Jazmin. What is special about this office, every time I call or email them that I need help, they know that I am deaf because they put notes on system that I am deaf. Everyone know what to do communicate with me..High Recommend for Deaf/Hard of Hearing to come this office and let them take care of you that they will looking for you with best insurance whatever you need, house, auto, life, health, etc. if you have problem with these insurance or need claim for something, they will take care of it for you too.. believe it or not, it help me not even stress or worry to deal with people who not have knowledge about deaf/hard of hearing with relay interpreter.Thank you Debra, Melissa, and Jazmin for your best!!
