My experience with Kristi Hammond at Soules Insurance Agency has been outstanding. Kristi really goes above and beyond - or maybe just does what an insurance agent is supposed to do but so few actually do that it feels like it is over the top. Kristi was relentless in searching out different companies, options, and pricing for us. When I needed to follow up on some issues with one insurance company Kristi took her time and followed up on the issues for me. She made the phone calls, she clarified the situation, and then explained it to me. I did not have to spend the hour(s) making the calls and fighting for what was right, Kristi did it instead - and was successful.I highly recommend Kristi Hammond at Soules Insurance Agency. -

Melissa is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to personally assist with claims and provides updates regularly. Normally for anything, if you want an update, you have to call and request a status. But with Melissa, she is sending updates to you before you even had a chance to wonder how things were going. -

Soules Insurance has insured my assisted living facility for several years for several different types of perils, fire & physical premises, business liability, flood, and windstorm. Soules employees have always been fantastically great to work with and have always had my best interests at heart. Two of their employees in particular have been much more than exceptional: Andrea Hampton and Randy Stephens. My facility was 90% destroyed in the Hurricane Harvey flood that hit Dickinson TX in August 2017. Had it not been for Randy and Andrea I would have been without the proper flood insurance and would have lost my business. Andrea and Randy made sure I had proper flood coverage and I received full policy limit payout for my flood damage allowing me to fully rebuild my facility. I am in business today because of Randy and Andreas care an proactive recommendations on my insurance coverage. I expect to be a customer of Soules Insurance for a long time to come due to their superlative customer service. -
