    I have been with Covey insurance for over 20 years for my insurance needs. Today, I added my vehicles to an auto policy with them. Stephanie DiSanto took care of all my paperwork insuring that I got the insurance and rates I needed. Stephanie quickly gave me a quote that was perfect for my auto needs. They are the best if you need insurance and they are always there for you if you need to file a claim or have questions. I highly recommend them, very professional and helpful!

    Craig was highly recommended to my through a close personal friend of the family. When my auto insurance premiums went up $350 per month, I decided to reach out to Craig and Covey Insurance. Craig himself was patient and kind, he took time to explain to me the details of the insurance coverage and didn’t oversell me. I never had an insurance agent personally take time to work with me. In the end he ended up saving me $115 per month while keeping almost all of my coverage where it was. Stephanie was also very sweet and helpful.     I switched my home insurance to Covey Insurance in 2017 after 20 years with Farmers thinking the high premiums I was paying my last 5 years with them were normal. Craig has literally cut my home insurance premiums in half. My home insurance premiums had skyrocketed before switching to Covey. I then switched to Covey for my auto insurance as well. Craig shops around, and finds the best premiums. My brother just moved here from San Diego after 20 years in the military and 20 years with USAA. I really thought there would be no way to beat their rates. Craig saved my brother $850 annually on his auto, and was able to help him save on other policies as well. Craig has been diligent as always, and has worked with my brother to get him the best possible rates. I cannot recommend Covey Insurance enough! Theyre terrific! Craig has saved us a ton of money! Craig also is an extremely nice man :)

    We were recommended to use Craig at Covey insurance by a neighbor. I’m so glad we listened. I’m not great w insurance and understanding it all. Craig has been so patient and great at explaining things. He is saving us so much on our homeowners insurance. He also shopped for one of our other policies to be sure we are getting the best deal and coverage.     WAY TO GO STEPHANIE!! She saved my mom AND my aunt TONS of money per 6 months. I initially contacted Covey Insurance for a quote on our new condo purchase. They were quick, efficient, and carefully considered the unique needs of my home and my neighborhood when sourcing insurance providers. In the end, they found me great coverage at an excellent rate.To top it off, they ran mine and my partners auto policy. It turns out, my partner has been paying 106$ a month for insurance that didnt even cover everything. They were able to put our auto quote together, get us more coverage and we both ending up saving about 200$ EACH.Furthermore, we were first time homebuyers. Covey Insurance was incredibly responsive to our questions and made us feel incredibly comforted through the entire process (which can be overwhelming).Between the service provided by Covey and the excellent customer service from Ashley Harris, its clear that Craig Covey Insurance Agency is a premier agency to partner with.     Craig has worked with me for years including moves out of his area from my original home in Northeast Houston, to the Austin metro area, back to Northwest Houston. I rarely wait long to speak to someone or hear back via e-mail and most often speak to Craig directly. There have been occasions where I have found a better deal on one or two policies for a short period and they never give me a hard time if I need to cancel, and are ready to earn back the business the next time it comes up for renewal.     You dont think about insurance until you need it. Due to the recent storms we have both home and auto damage. But, the one thing that makes the difference for us is knowing that we have an agent who truly cares! I sent an email on the weekend and didnt receive an auto response... My phone rang within a few minutes and it was Mr. Covey just checking to make sure that WE were ok!!! And, that he was working for us (on the weekend) to file our claims!!! And, within no time at all I received notifications from our carriers for our home and auto that they received the claims. I have done business with a lot of companies and some understand customer service and some have no idea what it takes to run a business. I have to sing the praises of Covey Insurance in Humble, TX because they made a very stressful time a lot less stressful!We are saving on both home and auto insurance! My auto insurance dropped by $90. Per month when we switched!!! We carry heavy coverage with low deductibles and was used to paying a lot! We have often joked that we are insurance poor.     I found them on Google when looking for an agent near my home. I reached out on a Sunday when the office was closed. Even though they were closer Mr. Covey called me back that day. He immediately began working on a quote. I then began working with another agent at the business to get more quotes on auto, home, and motorcycle. The auto quote I recieved was cheaper than my current policy even after adding a new vehicle. The motorcycle and home were also cheaper. The customer service and followup is amazing.
